Delivery delay

Items areshipped in 24 to 48 hours (working days) after payment and validation of the order.

The parcels are sent by letter followed or via Mondial Relay depending on the option chosen, the delivery time then depends on the delivery person chosen. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been deposited in the chosen delivery service.

In case of specific need, do not hesitate to let me know by email as soon as possible after your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

From the day of receipt, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item.

In the case of an error on the part of Dionee Bijoux or a defective item (photo required), the return will be at the expense of Dionee Bijoux. Otherwise, jewelry returns will be at your expense. Please fill out the form below or contact us by email before any return.

They must return in their original packaging, new and unworn (except fitting). Sale items ordestocking are not subject to return.

Dionee Bijoux reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the returned product in the event that the conditions mentioned above are not respected. Any request received after the authorized deadline will be refused.
Shipments abroad

The items will be deposited with the delivery service within a maximum of 72 hours after the order.

It takes 6 to 10 working days on average for an international delivery (Dionee Bijoux cannot be held responsible for the extension of the delivery times of the carrier).

For shipments outside mainland France, customs charges are possible and not included in the rates applied on the site. These include only the costs of packaging and transport.
